Evening Menu

Alvito’s evening menu is available from Tuesday to Sunday and it’s the perfect choice for a midweek treat, if you’re too tired to cook, or for a casual catch up. Whatever excuse you can come up with, no need to explain, we will cater for you!

Alvito’s menu is quite unique as it consists of favourite dishes such as traditional carbonara, penne arrabiata and lasagna, but also many new flavours brought on board by our new head chef, Amedeo Carnevale.

Our new menu is a collaboration of old traditional recipes passed on, experience traveling and working abroad by our chef and owners, and keeping things fresh and trendy. Here are a couple of examples from our menu:

Even Alvito’s menu design creates a cosy and welcoming atmosphere you can recognise immediately; the attention to detail is a trademark of ours. Alvito’s chefs are very flexible in changes to the menu allowing them to cater for any dietary requirements. Just ask.

Ciabatta bread toasted and served with scented tomatoes seasoned with garlic, sea salt and an olive oil basil dip: 6.95

Marinated slices of beetroot with sprinkles of goat cheese and honey roasted walnuts served with mixed salad in a walnut vinaigrette dressing:€7.95

Clonakilty Black Pudding

Clonakilty black pudding, poached egg, baby spinach leaves garnished with Italian pancetta, Parmesan shavings and creamy Dijon sauce: €8.95

Sticky Pork Ribs
Slightly sweet and spicy pork ribs marinated in a soya sauce, honey, garlic, hoi sin and sesame oil, baked and served with sprinkles of toasted sesame seeds and fresh diced scallions:€9.95

Piri Piri Prawns
Pan-fried tiger prawns marinated in olive oil, chilli, garlic and paprika tossed in a lemon butter sauce served with fresh parsley and toasted ciabatta bread: €9.95

New York Wings
Spicy chicken wings coated with our own New York style hot sauce, served with blue cheese dip and celery sticks: €11.95

What does ‘on the stone’ mean? Dishes served ‘on the stone’ will arrive to your table with a very hot lava stone that has been in the oven for some time. You can now cook your meat exactly to your own preferences.
